Is Point Pedro safe for swimming during the April heat?

Munai beach at Point Pedro is generally very safe and calm during April as the sea is quite flat on the northern coast now. However, avoid swimming too close to the concrete jetty as there can be minor localized turbulence. The water is very refreshing in this heat. There are no lifeguards on duty, so always swim where other locals are present and stay within your depth.
