Do not panic. Sri Lankan immigration officers are generally highly pragmatic. A missing middle name is an incredibly common minor error. As long as your first name surname passport number date of birth and nationality exactly match the physical passport you hold they will confidently wave you through without any issues. You absolutely will not be deported or fined for omitting a middle name on the ETA form.
