Yes, the Sri Lankan government has officially implemented a free visa scheme for Indian citizens to boost tourism. You still must apply for the Electronic Travel Authorization ETA online before your trip, but the final checkout page will display a zero fee.

Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry. You will also need to show proof of a return flight ticket to the immigration officer in Colombo.
